The hotline, installed in July 2014 in connection with the new service concept for control- and automation systems has had a successful start and received very good feedback
Our customers can notify us of any issues and make various requests via the hotline directly; either by phone or by email.
Each request is dealt with according to the customers service contract status and forwarded to the respective department without delay.
A dedicated HF MIXING GROUP engineer from the relevant division will contact the customer immediately to try and analyse or solve any technical issues that may arise through the use of direct modern remote maintenance methods. Failing this, a site visit will be arranged at the customers convenience.
We are constantly increasing our service portfolio, so that our technical services are widely available to our customers when they need them the most.
