On 17 and 18 June 2017, the annual IHK (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry) tradeshow for apprenticeship took place in Siegen. The event provides young people with the opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of training programs and their fields of activity.
117 companies and institutions exhibited this year and informed the numerous visitors about the wide range of apprenticeship opportunities in the region. School classes, but also students together with their parents, visited the fair on both days.
The HF MIXING GROUP was once again represented with a booth. Here, all visitors were given the opportunity to gain an overview of the apprenticeship mechatronics engineer, machining mechanic and industrial mechanic offered in the next year at the HF Freudenberg site. Also, knowledge of HF products was demonstrated through the use of our miniature model mixing machine.
There were also some HF apprentices who were able to give an insight into their daily experiences during their apprenticeships.
